Mahoning & Columbiana Training Association along with other One-Stop partners provide workforce development activities for in- and out-of-school youth/young adults. They include job readiness training, job shadowing and career exploration, GED preparation, summer employment opportunities, job search assistance, vocational training and much more. To be eligible, a youth/young adult must be between the ages of 16 and 21 years old and a junior or senior in high school or out of school, income eligible as defined by the federal guidelines and must have a barrier such as basic skills deficient, school drop out, offender, homeless, foster child, pregnant or parenting, or in need of additional assistance to find a job or finish school.
