Follow Up
One-Stop Partner Staff can follow up with all employees who are referred by the One-Stop and hired. This can include regular contact with the employee and the supervisor to identify any potential barriers to employment as they arise.

Support Services
Many support services are available to eligible employees through the One-Stop. These include health care coverage, child care, transportation and income management. By identifying issues contributing to turnover and referring employees to the One-Stop for assistance, employers can increase the retention of their workforce, saving time and money.

Family Recovery Center
Family Recovery Center provides supervisory training for employers along with the establishment of Drug-Free Worksite training. EAP services are also available.

Family Recovery Center can provide counseling for individuals in need of interventions when requested by employers.

Through its Case Management programming, the Center can help employers to identify other services within the community which in turn will enhance employee productivity, i.e., day care, housing, healthcare (for those individuals who are not covered by the employer's program), and the like.
