Community Action Agency of Columbiana County, Inc.

Service: East Liverpool and Lisbon Community Health Centers and Lisbon Community Dental Center.
Eligibilty: Comprehensive health and dental care for everyone including pediatric, perinatal, adult and geriatric health care. No one is turned away due to inability to pay. Our physicians and dentists are board certified.

Trumbull Child Support Enforcement Agency

Service: Medicaid
Eligibilty:Medicaid provides health coverage to a number of different groups of people who meet financial requirements. There are two major groups: 1) Covered Families and Children and 2) People who are Aged, Blind or have a Disability (ABD). Each major group has several programs.
