Training: Vocational Training can be purchased for clients who are disabled and need training to return to competetive employment.

Find a job: Job Placement assistance, resume writing, interviewing skills, and direct job placement assistance to assist disabled workers with finding jobs. 

Work Adjustment services: Help through this service to acquire the skills needed to develop good work habits that will help you lern basic skills so you can keep a job.

Retention: Job Retention Services

If an employer has an employee who is about to lose a job as a result of a disability Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission can come in and assess the situation and offer expert job accomodation services, job coaching or other services to help an employee keep a job.
