What is One-Stop?
The One-Stop is a group of employment and training organizations working together to connect employers and job seekers in Trumbull, Mahoning & Columbiana Counties. The One-Stop provides information and services about employment, labor market, careers, education and training. Before One-Stop, job seekers and employers had to go from place to place to find a job or find a qualified employee. Now you can find everything you need at one location at the One-Stop.

I am an employer. Why should I use the One-Stop?

One-Stop can save you time and money in workforce recruitment, development and retention. One-Stop partner staff will meet with you to identify your individual business needs. Then, We'll create a customized plan of services and resources available to you through our many partners. One-Stop gives you a single point of contact to streamline access to these services.

Are there fees for One-Stop services?

Job Seekers - All of One-Stop's services are free to job seekers. This includes workshops, use of the Resource Room and SCOTI, our job matching system. Partner services are also free; however, there may be eligibility requirements for some of them. For example, some of our partners may help you pay tuition for school. You could be eligible for these services if you are low-income, unemployed, a veteran, or have a disability. One-Stop staff will assist you in applying for these Partner services if you are likely to be eligible.

Employers - All of our recruitment services are fee-free to employers. This is possible because many of the One-Stop Partners are publicly funded through taxpayers dollars. For other services, such as employee training, there may be grants and other programs available to subsidize the costs to the employer.
