Provides classroom instruction, nutritious meals, health and dental screenings and opportunities for parent involvement for low-income children aged 3-5 at multiple locations in Columbiana County.

Child Care

This program is designed for parents and custodial care-givers who are found eligible for child care assistance based on family size and gross monthly income. If the family meets the income guidelines, the county pays a portion of child care while the parents are at work, attending school or training.

The Way Station Afterschool Program 

Quality child care is available at no cost during summers and after school in East Palestine, Lisbon and East Liverpool. Services are offered to children ages 5 - 12.
